Hello! I think it's time for me to update this thing. I hope everyone is doing well. I've been spending all my time journaling, as I previously mentioned, and I'm on my second journal (notebook) now! I'm going to finish this current notebook soon, and I'm so excited to start writing in the new notebook, because it is so pretty. It's called a matcha scribble book and it's limited edition. It's from a local brand, so I'm supporting them :) I'm also really excited to finish my current notebook. I have a bunch of pens now and I'm currently waiting for my new pink metallic pens. I remember using it in elementary school and I thought I could never find it again, but I did! It makes me so happy. What else? Oh, I think I'm going to lose my Instagram account soon. I dunno, they think I'm a spam account or something. Oh well, now I have an excuse when people ask me for my "socials". It's stupid. I haven't really posted there anyway. I deleted my Bluesky account and I still peek at Twitter sometimes, but no one is there. It's been freeing!

Hey, everyone. Long time no see, eh? Well, it's because I have been journaling on an actual diary/journal! And it's been really fun to put my not-so secret thoughts into a physical notebook. I haven't done that since I was in.... high school? No, actually, if I remember correctly I only wrote one diary entry in high school. But I remember doing it a lot when I was in elementary school. Choosing cute notebooks for it, pens, putting drawings, etc. There were a couple of times where my mom and sister would read my diary and embarrass me for it, because I used to put who I had a crush on in my diary. Big mistake, haha.Last night I bought a bunch of journaling kit, though I have one rule for my journal, which is no rules; I can do whatever I want, I thought it would be fun to get all creative, since I've been watching journaling content on Youtube. My current favorite channels aren't specifically about journaling, but more about stationery, they are JetPens and Bungu. I found out about Bungu on TikTok and I think they just started making content on Youtube. But check them out, and Bungu on TikTok, too. Their videos are really fun and calming.I also feel like handwriting is very therapeutic (whoa, big word right there!), and I kinda use my diary as my analog social media if that makes sense. Instead of "tweeting it out", I would put literally all of my thoughts into the book, then I would feel better and happier. Could help with the doomscrolling too. There's a lot of content on Youtube about having different specific diaries for every subject you want, and though that sounds interesting, I would just stick with one journal for now.

Good things have been happening in my life lately, and I'm so grateful for it. This is the peace that I've been longing for, because I haven't really felt this way in like.... 5+ years. Whoa, how sad. I know, but things are so much better now!I've been taking care and prioritizing myself a lot, and no, that's not selfish, because who else is going to take care of me if it's not.... ME?! I think the best thing that has successfully given me peace is the fact that I use social media less and less nowadays. I used to drown myself in that crap and I finally realized that.... it's not that deep? Internet drama is so not worth it. Cool. In other news, I've been watching some k-dramas and movies and I must say that it's a lot and I mean A LOT better than anything Hollywood's pushing us (you) right now, even the romcoms (to be fair I'm a fan of romcoms). If you have any recommendations, please let me know! Now I can say that, if I could turn back time (no thanks tbh), I would tell my anxious self that even though it's cliché as hell, things WILL be okay! Who cares if it takes years? You're so strong and you will get through this. Just hold on and do your best. Good things are coming your way :0)
